Kaleidoscope is owned and run by the Otto group. The Otto group was established in Hamburg, Germany in 1949, and as well as acquiring older established brands, such as Freemans and Grattan, Kaleidoscope is a newer addition to the brand roster of the parent company.
The core product offer consists of two main catalogues each year for the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter seasons. These main catalogues are also supplemented by a variety of seasonal and sale publications, all of which are also made available on the Kaleidoscope website.

The sale section categorises all price deductions by department, brand price and colour, to enable you to more easily discover the best bargains for you.
Standard delivery costs £3.95 (unless stated otherwise), and most in-stock items are despatched within 48 hours. Standard items can also be upgraded to next day delivery for an additional £3.00. Kaleidoscope offer a 14 day home approval policy, and unwanted items can be returned free of charge within this period provided they are complete, unused and in their original packaging.
